terms
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms are the rules for using LearnCurio. By using the site, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and plain; if anything is unclear, email us.
your account
- You need to be 16 or older to make an account.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- Use your real name or a name people know you by. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
what you share
Your builds stay yours. When you submit a build, you confirm that you made it (or have the right to share it) and that it doesn’t include anyone’s personal information.
You give LearnCurio permission to show what you submit: its card, pictures, description, remix prompt, and files, including playing an HTML file on its build page. That covers the catalog, your profile, boards, and links people share. The permission is free, applies worldwide, and ends when you delete the build (allowing a little time for copies to clear).
Only submit your own work. LearnCurio itself sometimes lists builds that people have shared publicly elsewhere, always credited to the maker and linked to where they shared it.
remixing
Remixing is the point of LearnCurio. Every build comes with a remix prompt so others can make their own version for their own learners. When you share a build, you’re fine with people using its remix prompt that way. A remix is a new piece of work; giving credit to the build that inspired it is good manners. If you upload an HTML file and tick “Let people download my HTML file,” people can download it and build their own versions from it; untick it any time to stop new downloads. If you share source code, the license in your repository (if there is one) is what applies to the code itself.
credit and removal
If a build is yours and it’s credited wrongly, or you want it taken down, use the removal or credit form. We look at every request and act on it as quickly as we can.
be kind
Comments and everything else you post must not:
- harass, threaten, or demean anyone,
- include someone’s personal information without their permission,
- be spam, scams, or advertising,
- break the law or someone else’s rights (like copyright).
Uploaded files must not contain harmful code or try to collect visitors’ information. We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that keep doing it.
the Claude helper
If you choose “Let Claude draft it,” Claude writes a first draft of your listing. AI can get things wrong, so check the draft before you publish. What you publish is yours to stand behind.
using builds you find
Builds on LearnCurio are made by many different people. We don’t check every one, so use your own judgment before using a build or its prompt with your learners. LearnCurio is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using the site or the builds on it.
leaving
You can stop using LearnCurio at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings, then Account management (more on our privacy page).
changes
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For big changes, we’ll let you know on the site or by email. Using LearnCurio after a change means you accept the new terms.
